My Story

Baseline started with a stretch of time when my body stopped cooperating with the rest of my life.

Nothing dramatic on the surface, but enough disruption that I stopped trusting how I felt day to day, and started needing to actually see the data instead. I picked up a smart ring, then added a wrist tracker, and what began as curiosity turned into something closer to a discipline: tracking HRV, recovery scores, sleep quality, watching for the patterns before I felt them in my body.

Somewhere in that process, I noticed something else, most wellness products aren't built for someone who's actually paying this much attention. They're designed to be sold, not used by someone who already knows what a bad recovery score means for their whole day.

So I built the store I wished existed. A small, considered set of tools for people who track their own signals and want gear that respects that, nothing here chasing a trend, everything here earning its place in an actual recovery routine.

That's the whole idea behind the name. Not a personal best. Just back to baseline, so you can go again.
